        Verdict

        Two Of A Kind is less exposed than most of his rivals and may be worth chancing in a poor contest where Spa Lane and Paradise Valley are rated the main dangers. The selection has only had five runs so far and lost no caste in defeat behind Maystock in an apprentices' handicap at Lingfield last time. This looks a weaker contest than that one and the John Hills-trained gelding has an obvious chance, if staying the longer trip and handling the surface. Lapadar was well held by the improving Macaroni Gold in a Southwell handicap earlier in the week and has to be respected but faces no easy task giving weight away all round. Spa Lane has yet to prove his effectiveness here, while both Queensberry and Claptrap are far from certain to stay the trip. Of more interest could be Paradise Valley, who was not beaten far at Lingfield on Wednesday, or Nick Littmoden's Mysterium, who has a lot to do at the weights but is at least consistent. However, Two Of A Kind remains unexposed and looks the percentage call.
