In depth

Verdict

Vasari was third over this trip at Chelmsford on debut and then only weakened close home over 5f at Sandown. A half-brother to three winners, he will appreciate this drop in class but Brad The Brief probably faced a near-impossible task at the weights in a conditions race at Doncaster. Mark Johnston’s two-year-olds often improve for a run and PRETTY LADY was an eye-catcher when fifth at Catterick. She was just behind a couple of subsequent winners and can build on that experience here. Streeton is a half-brother to winning juvenile Come On Leicester but has already been gelded.
