In depth

Verdict

Secret Liaison is the pick in this fascinating claimer, Conservative and Crimson Flame may provide most danger. The selection ran up a hat-trick of wins in handicaps before finding a mark of 84 just a little too high. Dropping into this company he should be capable of regaining the winning thread. Crimson Flame has a bit to find on official ratings but has been in good form in sellers and has ground and trip to suit. Conservative ran well over the six furlong trip here on his debut and if he handles this different ground he should be involved in the finish. If fit Nawayea could also be in the shake up, but Secret Liaison looks well in on official ratings and he gets our vote.
