Verdict
We'll Come handled cut in the ground as a juvenile and the Michael Jarvis-trained gelding looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to open his account, getting the vote ahead of Sign of The Cross and Gongidas. The last mentioned is bred to be useful being a brother to Gonfillia and Godolphin's three-year-old has to be respected on his debut but is not certain to handle the underfoot conditions. James Fanshawe's Fondled should come on for his debut run at Nottingham earlier this month but needs to improve to trouble the selection, while Alpes Maritimes has become expensive to follow. Jane Chapple-Hyam's Norman The Great has shown promise and has place claims although more solid chances are held by Sign of The Cross. James Fanshawe's colt found just Mafeking a head too good on his Kempton debut in November and he would have to be respected on that evidence. We'll Come is the clear form pick though and he gets the vote.
