Verdict
Diman Waters might just be a little high in the weights so we will side with MELODY IN THE MIST ahead of Imjin River and Bossy Kitty. David Barron's Intikhab filly improved for her reappearance at Newcastle when winning well at Leicester earlier this month. She is only up 4lb for that success and with Ryan Moore booked for the ride she should go close. Tillys Tale is consistent and she has been unlucky to bump into Perfect Blossom the last twice; off a new mark of 74 she looks ready to strike. Trade Secret needs a market check as he edges down the weights, although he is held by Diman Waters and Imjin River on their efforts behind Hoof It earlier in the year. Mon Brav continues to threaten but he is finding it hard to get the nose in front where it matters, Ventura Cove drops in grade and easing of the ground would suit, whilst Bossy Kitty is a course winner and along with recent winner Boragh Jamal is expected to fare well off their light weights. An open finish to the card then where the nod is given to Melody In The Mist.
