      Verdict

      Six runners are set to line up but in reality it looks a two-horse race on paper, with LIght Of Morn selected over Force Of Nature. Although Tarandot should improve for his seasonal outing 10 days ago, he is only a bit-part player here, and on recent evidence, Light Of Morn is the one to be on. Rae Guest's filly, a half-sister to Moment Of Joy, is bred to stay and will at least like the trip here. It has to be said that she was a bit disappointing when beaten by a 20-1 shot on her Folkestone debut, but even so, with a bit of improvement she can take this. With Henry Cecil enjoying a bright start to the season, Force Of Nature would normally be a stronger fancy. The Sadler's Wells filly, a beautifully-bred half-sister to Commander In Chief and Warning, was unlucky in running on her Kempton debut last June and had not been seen since until reappearing at Salisbury just over a fortnight ago. She patently failed to settle and finished last of the ten runners, so has to improve a lot to be considered as betting material. She may indeed prove that latest running wrong, but we would rather side with Light Of Morn.
