Redarna has been a money-spinner for Dianne Sayer as he won three times over this course and distance last year and has managed four victories this season, though couldn’t cope with a further 4lb rise last time at Carlisle and has the worst of the draw. Pattie is in good form while Young Fire notched a first win for new connections at Haydock earlier this month but might find conditions too quick today. Get Knotted runs earlier on the card but Michael Dods has an adequate replacement in Wahoo, who came back to form at Redcar last month. However, the latter was earlier well beaten behind RAYDIANCE at the North Yorkshire track and the top weight is only a pound worse off here. Wise Counsel has ability but has looked reluctant on a couple of occasions.
