Verdict

Mistiroc usually gives a good account without being quite good enough. Battle Of Marathon wound back the clock over a longer trip at Musselburgh and Dark Lochnagar also drops back in trip after a run over 2m at the same track. MORDRED goes in the opposite direction after a second over 1m2f at Windsor and would have every chance of going better if lasting home. Shamad is on a hat-trick after victories at the Curragh and York while Doctor Cross has been knocking on the door. Mutamaded beat Four Kingdoms at Musselburgh but has 4lb more to carry in a better race.
