        In depth

        Verdict

        This looks a bit stronger than the usual meeting opener. Rag Tatter led until headed close home over 6f at Nottingham so this stiff 5f looks ideal and he's on the inside. Mama Africa has showed good pace in both starts over the minimum while Little Miss Lola didn't enjoy the soft ground at Carlisle after a much better run there earlier. Sir Viktor looked certain to win when going clear over 6f at Yarmouth but weakened near the finish. Lou's Diamond is yet another who made the early running on his latest start at Thirsk and with so many front-runners in the line-up the newcomer CELESTATION, who is a half-sister to several winners including November Handicap winner Conduct, could swoop late and pass them all.
