        Verdict

        Muntadab won this race last season but the old boy has been given a wide berth by the punters in his more recent efforts. Langholm was quickly away at Thirsk in what was probably a more competitive race and he would prosper if campaigned similarly but the market clearly anticipated MASTER RICHARD (NAP) winning at York last weekend and with no penalty for that success, he will be a popular order for a repeat. Gometra Ginty kept on resolutely in a fillies handicap at Carlisle and Keith Dalgleish’s charge is not without hope while Abduction could appreciate a slight drop in trip.
