Verdict
Another chance is taken with Dixieanna, who can get the better of Rubies and Wasalat, who make the most appeal from the remainder with experience. Samaria makes the most appeal out of the newcomers and is one to monitor with an eye to the future. He will probably come into his own over further in time. Wasalat has plenty of experience and has dropped several hints that she has a race within her at some point. She sports blinkers for the first time and has the best of the draw tonight. However, she is far from straightforward and needs everything to drop right for her. Therefore, we take a chance with Dixieanna, who will appreciate the dryer ground this evening. A sixth furlong is also in her favour and, in this modest company, it will be disappointing for her connections if she cannot shake off her maiden tag tonight.
