In depth
Verdict
It can pay to stick with Hadrian, who did not get the run of the race at Nottingham last week and is fancied to bounce back here. Bobski is yet to taste defeat and is respected on his turf debut, while Vanadium won well on his debut, albeit in a slow time, and he is not without a chance if the experience of two quick runs is taken in his stride. Ghurra may have needed the run on his reappearance and is expected to be sharper this evening. The firmer ground will help him and he could well give the selection the most to do. However, like many of Mark Johnston's string, Hadrian seems to be thriving on his racing and with Kevin Darley taking over in the saddle, a bold bid is anticipated form the son of King's Best tonight.
