In depth
Verdict
'They're not going to be messin' about here', and the race may be run to suit Saint Etienne, who is fancied to confirm last weekend's form with Baron Rhodes. A case can also be made for Musical Fair now that she has shown that she is running back into form and she can play her part in setting a strong pace. Chance For Romance is better than her form figures would have you believe and, with her yard back amongst the winners yesterday, she can represent good value today. However, the logical choice has to be Saint Etienne, who has been faced with some much stiffer tests this season. She has the ideal draw up against the stands rail and, with a solid tempo virtually assured, there will be no excuses if she cannot deliver the good tonight.
