    Verdict

Cosmopolitan Lady gets the nod over Bahamian Love while Addictive and Pango's Legacy will no doubt play their parts in what looks set to be a tactical affair. Pango's Legacy ran green on debut at Windsor and obviously has to improve. However, there were encouraging signs and he will be dangerous to ignore if any money arrives in the betting to support his claims. Addictive made her debut in a race that had a handful of notable types for future reference. It will come as no surprise to see her leave that effort behind her and take a step up in grade before too long. She is another to keep tabs on after this. Bahamian Love can also pick up a small race somewhere along the line and represents a yard that have enjoyed a steady return of winners this season. She is nothing out of the ordinary but has to merit consideration in such a tight little heat. However, the vote has to go to Cosmopolitan Lady, who is related to some tough performers and, as she posted her best effort to date when third at Salisbury last month, she appears to be going the right way. She will be interesting in handicaps in due course but has a solid chance of making the transition into handicaps on the back of a confidence boosting win.
