      Verdict

      The Frankel colt CASANOVA completely missed the break on his debut at Wolverhampton in November but will be a different proposition with that under his belt and can take this before a possible run in the Dante. Current Option made an encouraging start at Kempton and though only third when favourite at Newbury wasn't beaten far and may not have been suited by soft ground. Le Don De Vie had looked promising on his starts at Newmarket and Goodwood but ran nowhere near that form at Chelmsford later while the filly Fancy Dress will need to step up markedly on her debut at Nottingham.
