Verdict

A case can be made for a number but STOP THE WORLD should give a good account on the back of two good efforts and with trip and conditions in his favour. His latest performance when runner-up to From Eden at Ayr reads well and he just receives the vote over Midnight Glory. The latter had a good campaign last season and gets on well with his amateur pilot who takes off a valuable 7lb. The combination seems sure to be involved at the business end if repeating the level of recent efforts. Mr Mafia had a fine summer last year but has inevitably been treated accordingly by the handicapper whereas Nativegetaway is unexposed and is likely to have far more to offer now sent handicapping.
