Verdict

A number of these have been in action between the flags. The Composeur is jumps-bred and a half-brother to a winning hurdler. He won over 2m4f at Brampton Bryan in March and has since joined the Jonjo O’Neill yard. The French-bred ECLAIR SURF easily won a maiden at Bandon in Ireland in the spring. Now with Emma Lavelle, he can make a winning start under Rules. Moroder made all in a Uttoxeter bumper in March and Kozier found only the useful Sussex Ranger too good on his hurdles bow, though that was more than two years ago. Not A Nail placed in a bumper here in December but then ran a shocker at Ffos Las.
