In depth

Verdict

KIDD MALIBU (NAP) couldn't quite manage to hold the flying finish of New Classicism over a mile at Navan but the third and fourth have won subsequently so the form looks strong enough for this and the shorter trip is a bonus. Flying Fairies has done nothing wrong having finished close up in strong maidens but might run into another decent one here. Time To Reason was a 25/1 chance on his debut at Dundalk in January but ran better than expected and should make progress along with Ken's Sam's, who wasn't far behind Flying Fairies at Gowran.
