Last month’s Royal Hunt Cup winner Zhui Feng beat Blair House with El Vip and G K Chesterton further behind. But he’s not certain to confirm running with Blair House likely to improve for that outing and the latter pair having both won in soft going before. MASTER THE WORLD was also beaten in the Royal Hunt Cup but just missed out in this contest last year with Belgian Bill, Boomshackerlacker, One Word More and Hors De Combat all behind. Ryan Moore’s presence suggests another bold bid is expected today off a similar mark. Gm Hopkins is usually thereabouts at this level and Arcanada ran well at York last time. Greenside and Tony Curtis could also be in the mix but Mustashry makes a belated seasonal debut and Birchwood is upped in trip.
