Verdict
Beauchamp Pilot, a progressive individual last term, is taken to carry on the good work. Proven over the trip and with cut in the ground, he will need to have improved over the winter to defy this mark. Danelor may be better over seven-furlongs and the disappointing Attache may be better on a sounder surface. Arc is in his element on a soft surface, but he looks to be too high in the handicap at present. The vote goes to Dream Magic, who turned in a decent effort at Goodwood on Wednesday.
