    Verdict

The Gosdens won this last year with the top-class Nashwa and unveil the 650,000gns yearling Lmay today. She is by Frankel but has plenty of stamina on her dam’s side and a market check is definitely advised. Raimunda is another nicely-bred newcomer but experience may hold sway. Market Value ran well in what looked a decent maiden at Doncaster in the autumn, despite missing the break, but STORMY SEA also showed plenty of promise behind a Godolphin hot-pot at Kempton in November and has bags of scope.
