Verdict
Richard Hannon looks to have found the ideal race to get Cap Ferrat back to winning ways, but Red Halo and Spitting Image will make it difficult. Cap Ferrat should be capable of giving weight away to theses rivals following some decent efforts in recent weeks, most notably a two length second to Web Perceptions at Salisbury over a similar distance. Of his rivals Red Halo is an interesting runner, he¿s lightly raced this season having been well beaten at Bath and Windsor, but if he can recapture the sparkle he showed over hurdles last season he would have a great chance. Spitting Image is also lightly raced this term and must have needed her recent handicap run at Catterick following a five month lay off. She got badly hampered in that contest when seen with a chance so is certainly one to consider here. However Cap Ferrat just gets the verdict with Spitting Image and Red Halo fighting it out for the place money.
