In depth
Verdict
Tiger Tops is taken to supplement his previous course and distance win at the chief expense of Frazzled, Petrus and New Diamond. Chris Wall's charge was seen to good effect when coming late to land an apprentice event here in March but was unsuited by slowly run races on his next two starts and pulled too hard to do himself justice. Pat Eddery takes over in the saddle and it is to be hoped that the Irishman can settle the four-year-old before being produced late on the scene. Frazzled has been knocking on the door in similar company and should give another good account while Petrus has claims on his best all-weather form and can't be dismissed despite a below par effort on turf last time. New Diamond is a proven performer here but may need the outing after a seven-month break while Summer Recluse is a doubtful stayer.
