        Verdict

        A wide open contest gets proceedings underway and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Arry Dash, Rasid and Red Contract and the vote goes to the last named. The selection has been in fair form of late and was a good second last time out behind Wahoo Sam. The step up in trip should suit and from a good draw he will be hard to beat. Arry Dash rates the main danger despite top weight. He won well last time out when defeating Quartino. However his form on turf has been on soft ground and it is hard to fathom weather this surface will suit. Rasid is another worthy of respect he was affair third behind Kew Green last time but his best form is over shorter and for that reason he is overlooked. Crail was a fair fourth behind kings Empire last time and is another that could go well but he looks weighted up to his best. Of the remainder Graft looks well weighted on his best form and is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to Red Contract.
