    Verdict

    Gortroe Joe’s win at Ludlow was decent form but he blotted his copy-book at that track next time when pulled up in the race won by MIDNIGHT CHILL. Jamie Snowden’s charge has yet to finish out of the first two over fences and should be capable of coping with a 5lb rise. Comanche Chieftain has gone well fresh in the past while El Terremoto is capable of better now that the ground is drying out. Rio Quinto may find this too short given his win came over 3m on soft going.
