Strawberry Dale is a sporting selection as the majority of the field are not proven in this class. Arbella disappointed last time having made a promising debut behind Park Law at Kempton and is overlooked. Slip Dance won a listed race at Newmarket before failing in a Group 3 at The Curragh while Extreme Beauty was third in the Cherry Hinton behind Jewel in the Sand and had earlier won at Pontefract. Maids Causeway was just touched off in a decent event at Sandown and had earlier beaten Park Law at Kempton. Strawberry Dale, though may have more scope than any of the others. Having seen off Big Hassle at Carlisle on her debut she followed up with a smooth success at Thirsk, seeing off a hot favourite. Big Hassle has since won at Beverley and is being aimed at the Gimcrack so it is decent form. Today will tell us just how good she is, but with the others seeming to have their limitations, the selection is Strawberry Dale.
