In depth

Verdict

Gary Moore and Phillip Hide are a formidable combination here at Plumpton and they can land this competitive event with Twenty Degrees, Baron Blitzkrieg, Mystical Star and Matthew Muroto look to be the main rivals. Twenty Degrees was getting off the mark over fences at the fifth attempt when beating today's rival Mystical Star. The third was well beaten off so the form could be quite decent. Obviously ground and trip are again in his favour and he looks the one to beat. Matthew Muroto has been running well without getting his head in front where it matters. He finished runner up to the Paul Nicholl's trained Nycteos last time and on that running he is a worthy top-weight. Baron Blitzkrieg wasn't too far behind the selection last time and must be considered a big danger at today's weights. Mystical Star is also slightly better off, but we think there could be more to come from Twenty Degrees and he is taken to score.
