Tanning, Blue Train and Cambo are the three to consider here and Tanning can prove too smart for his rivals. Co bottom weight Cambo has been in good form of late, running respectable races in similar events at Fontwell. An all weather winner on the Flat, Cambo is yet to break his duck over hurdles but appears well treated and can give another good account here. Jonjo O'Neill saddles Blue Train, who was once good enough to beat Fullandby on the Flat but has yet to show that form over hurdles. He has been hinting that he is capable of playing a part in a race of this nature but is passed over. A winner on the Flat at Lingfield in December, Tanning ran well last time to be third at Fontwell in a maiden hurdle. That was an improvement on recent efforts and he appears wll treated here. Tanning would have finished closer last time but for a blunder at the last and can score here.
