Red Bloom, Summitville, Dumnoni and Golden Island look the four to concentrate on here and the vote is given to Red Bloom. The selection was disappointing in a Group 3 race at Newmarket last time behind Tarfah. She simply did not run her race that day, but she had shown enough previously to allow us to forgive that effort and in this easier race she looks the one to be with. Summitville is the obvious danger as she finished second in that Newmarket race and she did not get much luck in-running that day. She clearly has to be respected but Red Bloom had been expected to beat her last time and she should be capable of doing so today if she can run anywhere near her best. Dumnoni is another with claims although she may be slightly better over 7f and she would need to improve to score. Golden Island is not the most consistent and she would need to be right on the top of her game to get competitive here. However, Red Bloom could just be a cut above the rest here and as such she is taken to get her head in front.
