      Verdict

      MITCHUM SWAGGER (NAP) has been competing in pattern company so far this year and was beaten only a length in the Group 3 John Of Gaunt at Haydock last time. A repeat should see David Lanigan’s charge come out best in this especially if first-time headgear has the desired effect. Sound Advice has struggled since winning at Chester in May while That Is The Spirit failed to cope with a couple of higher rated rivals in a three-runner affair at Haydock recently. George Dryden, Sea Fox and Mount Tahan were all beaten in tough handicaps last time and have plenty to find with the selection on these terms while Lavetta is even hard to fancy.
