      Verdict

      QUEENS RIVER impressed with the style of her success in a Boulta point-to-point last December under Derek O'Connor and now debuts for Henderson and McManus. She cost a packet, seems very well regarded and is preferred to a similar type in West Balboa, runner-up and promising in her sole point at Dromahane and now with the Skeltons. Both should have interesting futures. However, Set In The West is yet another recruit from the pointing sphere and the Westerner mare created a good impression when clearing away to score at Lisronagh in May. Joyful Kit completes the shortlist as she has fitness and hurdling experience on her side along with fair form.
