Verdict

BONNET and Iliade Allen came home second and third in the Exeter bumper won by Eel Pie Island last month - and that's about all there is to report about a contest shrouded in fog. From what was reported it appears that the former set out to make all and the latter stayed on late. The gap between them was just over four lengths and the Baker filly is taken to confirm placings. Madam Malarkey can be expected to make a mark in this sphere, whilst there's an interesting pair representing Flat yards in Harswell Duchess for Roger Fell and Jamie Osborne's Camelot filly, Hashtag Be Kind. The market should help to signpost their respective chances.
