Kristal's Dream showed enough at Nottingham on her debut to suggest that she can win a race of this nature and is taken to open her account at the main expense of La Petite Chinoise, with Faraway Echo rated the best of the newcomers. The last mentioned, a half-sister to champion German juvenile filly Flying Squaw, comes from the stable of Michael Bell and would not need to be out of the ordinary to take a hand here. La Petite Chinoise has shown a similar level of ability in both starts so far but would probably prefer more cut in the ground. Pink Sapphire offered little sign of encouragement on her Ascot debut although that was in a better race than this so she cannot be discounted entirely. Sylvester Kirk's Sworn To Secrecy showed improved form last time and is another worthy of a mention but Kristal's Dream looks the one to be on.
