Verdict
Hat-trick seeking Kent has been in the form of his life of late and was racing off his highest ever mark when recording a decisive victory over this trip at Southwell last week. A subsequent 6lb rise will make this tougher but Peter Cundell's charge is still hard to oppose in his current form and looks the one to beat. Gralmano is a versatile performer having been successful in both codes including two wins over fences and was far from disgraced behind Spirit Leader in the Tote Gold Trophy last time. However, he has yet to prove his effectiveness over this trip on the Flat and looks handicapped up to his best at present. Harik is well treated on the pick of his form but is better on the Polytrack surface while Positive Profile faces a stiffer task after landing a weak amateurs event last time so Romil Star looks best of the rest. The Rob Wylie-trained gelding comes here in good heart after his win at Southwell last week and shapes as though this step up in trip could bring further improvement so rates a live danger to the selection.
