In depth
Verdict
Queen of Night makes most appeal here, with Westmead Tango and Cloudless also likely to figure in the finish. Queen of Night was successful once on turf as a juvenile but had struggled to make an impact since. Not before time, she was tried on the all-weather at Southwell three weeks ago and took to it like a duck to water, causing a 20-1 shock in the process. Six furlongs is her trip and she should take all the beating in this lowly company. Westmead Tango was unruly in the stalls before winning a very moderate contest at Lingfield recently, her first ever success, and although a bit of a madam, may make the frame. Cloudless comes from a yard that ticks over nicely in the winter and has shown bits and pieces of form in the past. All in all, it should pay to stick with Queen of Night who can keep up her stable¿s good record here.
