Verdict

Diamond King, a Grade 3 winner when with Gordon Elliott, has won two of four starts for Martin Weston in points but would have benefited from some rain. Silvergrove’s win at Fakenham should be taken with a pinch of salt but Sausalito Sunrise has shown himself to be no back number this year for Olly Murphy, winning last time at Hexham. KIT BARRY has improved since finishing third in this last year. He didn’t beat much at Fontwell but earlier placed efforts at Exeter and Cheltenham give him every chance today with Charlie Dando’s claim a plus.
