      Verdict

      Austrian School showed his Chester Cup running to be all wrong when reversing that form with stablemate Making Miracles in the Henry II Stakes at Sandown but that effort still gives him something to find with MEKONG, who finished just in front despite racing much too freely on his reappearance. Sir Michael Stoute’s gelding has already won twice over this trip and is also effective on ground with some give. Raheen House is no forlorn hope on his return to action as he has form in better company and has switched stables since last season.
