Prince Harry appears on latest episode of School of Hard Knocks

Will Greenwood and Scott Quinnell are joined by Prince Harry on Thursday's episode of School of Hard Knocks.
Prince Harry made a guest appearance at Millwall Rugby Club, getting involved in the training session and urging the players to seize the opportunity.
"I love rugby because you can smash someone on the pitch but then shake their hand at the end of the game and become best mates," said Prince Harry.
Will Greenwood says it was inspirational for the players.
"He's a huge campaigner for mental health and a huge believer in second chances, giving children and grown men an opportunity to get back on their feet," added Greenwood.
"And he loves his rugby. We bought him a gumshield this time because Scott Quinnell knocked his tooth out last time!"
