Injury blow for Wasps as Sackey is ruled out
London Wasps winger Paul Sackey has been ruled out for three weeks after sustaining a fractured cheekbone.
The 30-year-old England international suffered the injury during Wasps' convincing 50-16 triumph against Roma in Amlin Challenge Cup action last week.
The injury is a major blow for Sackey, who was hoping to maintain a clean bill of health after recovering from a broken leg he sustained in March last year.
The news caps off a miserable week for the winger, who was also overlooked for Martin Johnson's Senior Elite Player Squad and had to settle for a place in the Saxons line-up.
