In depth

Verdict

Welcoming returned an easy winner in testing going at Haydock in October but has been done no favours by the draw on her reappearance and neither has Solar Park. The latter bids for a hat-trick having won at Newcastle on his handicap debut while LIBERATION DAY is another looking to land a treble. Tom Dascombe’s charge narrowly beat Uncle Jerry at Wolverhampton last month but re-opposes on better terms and a bold bid is expected. Probability is still improving after scoring at Chelmsford but this is tougher while Absolute Dream and Magical Wish return to action having ended last year with good efforts.
