        Verdict

        Lord Chamberlain is in good heart at present and is taken to score in this selling stakes at the main expense of Kelseas Kolby and Dara Mac. The selection hails from a yard in fine form and ran well last time when narrowly beaten back in third behind Sennen Cove. The step up in trip will not be a problem and with conditions to suit he looks the one to beat. Kelseas Kolby has certainly shown an improved level of form since joining Paul Blockley, but he does not look the most genuine and if he is faced with a battle he could be found wanting, so for that reason he is opposed. Dara Mac remains a maiden after 28 starts but he is best at this trip and caught the eye when staying-on third behind Goodbye Mr Bond at Redcar. However, his overall profile has been disappointing so he is not one to be getting too heavily involved with, although he may be capable of running into a place. Of the remainder, Rymer's Rascal is a course and distance winner and would have claims here on the pick of his form, but he wasn't at his best last time at Carlisle, and for the winner we return to Lord Chamberlain.
