    Verdict

Both Eau De Cologne and Kings Bounty come here in search of a hat trick and prefeence just goes to the former. Brendan Powell's gelding jumped like the proverbial stag when making all in a fast time at Haydock on his latest start, and should not be opposed in this sort of mood. Kings Bounty also made all in a novice event at Kelso last time, but his jumping will be put to the test against these more experienced rivals. Master Wood was a casualty of the pile up at The Chair in the Fox Hunters at Aintree, but had looked smart in winning a couple of hunter chases before that and is an interesting runner in this company. Quality First found the company a bit hot at Aintree last time but had earlier won well at Bangor and cannot be completely ruled out on that form. He should have the beating of Tonoco on his Aintree form, while Random Harvest is 14 now and should struggle against these. We take Eau De Cologne to land the hat trick in what should be the best race on the card.
