The first episode will air on Sky Sports 2 on Thursday night at 10pm

The season premiere of the latest edition of School of Hard Knocks will air on Sky Sports 2 from 10pm on Thursday.

Scott Quinnell and Will Greenwood are back as they take a group of unemployed men and help turn their lives around through the game of rugby. This season the former internationals are at Millwall Rugby Club in south London.

The Sky Sports pundits won't be doing it alone though, as they call in the services of Prince Harry as a special guest on one episode, as well as Andy Grant - an amputee war veteran who last year broke the world record for the fastest 10km run with one leg.

"School of Hard Knocks never fails to amaze me in its ability to give hope where there was none, and support to those who previously had no one to talk to," said Greenwood.

"It gives me the absolute understanding that with reassurance and mentoring sport can change lives."

Quinnell said: "Every year that we do School of Hard Knocks presents a new set of challenges, and this season is no different.

"The day we had with Royal Marines is one of the toughest days of filming we've ever had on this show."
