Six Nations: Louis Picamoles misses France training camp with thigh problem

Louis Picamoles is a doubt for the start of the Six Nations after pulling out of France's training camp with a thigh injury.
The Toulouse No 8 was injured playing for his club in the European Rugby Champions Cup against Bath last weekend.
Picamoles will not join his team-mates in the south of France from January 25-31 but he will remain in their squad and be eligible for their first match against Scotland on February 7 if he recovers.
He was named in Philippe Saint-Andre's squad last week despite having missed the start of the season, and their autumn internationals, because of illness.
La Rochelle lock Loann Goujon has been added to the training squad to replace Picamoles.
