George Smith is free to play for Wasps this weekend after he was cleared of striking an opponent with his knee.
The Australia flanker appeared before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel on Wednesday accused of kneeing James Hook in the head during Saturday's 13-10 defeat at Gloucester.
But a statement from the RFU confirmed the case was dismissed, and Smith will be available to take on Leicester on Saturday.
The 35-year-old, who has captained Wasps this season in the absence of James Haskell and Matt Mullan, was named Premiership player of the month for February.
