Georgia were given a tough work out as they won their training match against French team Aurillac 28-24. The Georgians outscored their hosts four tries to two, with the Eastern Europeans impressing in attack while their pack dominated from the start. However indiscipline in defence allowed Aurillac to stay in touch throughout. The Lelos will now face Bourgoin on August 19 before coach Peter Dixon confirms his 30-man squad for the World Cup in New Zealand three days later.
