Alex Cuthbert has been released back to Cardiff Blues following Wales' 21-16 Six Nations defeat by England on Saturday.
Cuthbert is the only member of the home starting XV in action at the Principality Stadium at the weekend who will take part in this weekend's Pro12 fixtures.
The 26-year-old was beaten by Elliot Daly for the decisive try of a thrilling contest with Eddie Jones' side and is unlikely to feature against Scotland at Murrayfield on February 25.
Cuthbert was a late injury replacement for George North, who was ruled out of the England game with a dead leg but is expected to be fit once again to face the Scots.
Wales will travel to Edinburgh looking to get their title challenge back on track after they failed to build on their opening-day win over Italy in Rome against the English in Cardiff.
They currently lie third in the table, three points behind England with Ireland also ahead of them. Also on five points are France and Scotland, with the Welsh possessing the greatest points difference.
