Saracens wing Nathan Earle is to join Premiership rivals Harlequins at the end of the season.
The news comes just a day after the 23-year-old was named in England's Six Nations squad for their opening game against Italy.
After confirming the move, Earle said: "The opportunity to develop my game under the guidance of John Kingston (Harlequins director of rugby) and the rest of the coaching team is extremely exciting.
"The talent coming through at Harlequins, as well as the established internationals, makes for exciting times.
"The atmosphere at The Stoop has always been one of the best in the Premiership, so to play in front of them on a regular basis will be a huge honour."
Kingston was delighted with his new signing, saying: "Nathan has a number of attacking and defensive weapons at his disposal, the most potent of which is his blistering pace.
"I have been particularly impressed with his strong desire to reach the very top of the game and have no doubt he will add immensely to the environment we are building at Harlequins.
"His signing shows the journey we are on as a squad and as a club. It's a very exciting time for us all in Twickenham."
Earle has played 15 matches for Saracens this season, six of them as a starter, and has scored five tries.
He is yet to make his official debut for England, although he did play and score a try against the Barbarians in May, and was also part of England's tour of Argentina in the summer.
