The 20-year-old prospect has stepped in to deputise for Bath tighthead David Wilson, who is currently suffering from a sore back.
Meanwhile, Brad Barritt of Saracens has been called in to replace Riki Flutey after the centre limped out of Wasps' defeat to Northampton on Sunday with a calf injury.
Lock Simon Shaw is also dealing with a calf problem while Leeds flanker Hendrie Fourie sustained bruised ribs against Sale on Friday.
Their places in the squad are being covered by back-row forwards Dan Ward-Smith and Tom Wood.
The England squad arrived at camp on Sunday night to begin preparations for the first Investec international against New Zealand on November 6.
