Scottish centre Alex Grove has joined Championship side London Scottish on loan from Worcester.

Grove, who has won three caps for Scotland, made his Warriors debut in the 2006-07 season and has made more than 150 appearances for the club.

But the 28-year-old academy product has found first-team opportunities limited since Worcester's return to the Premiership and has only made five appearances this season.

"The Scotland international moves to the Exiles to gain more adequate game-time," said a statement on the official Warriors website.

London Scottish currently sit third bottom in the Championship and Grove could make his debut against Yorkshire Carnegie this Saturday.
